It seems to me that copyright can be a very convoluted issue. This can make it a very confusing issue for students. I guess in the classroom I would stress that it is better to be safe than sorry. Always, try to think about the other person.

If my students are working under good faith, I would stress that they should always site where the information/media they are using is coming from. I would also stress that I am looking for a presentation made by them and that most of the work they use should be their own.

My avatar was fun to make. I can see how you can spend/waste a lot of time making a picture of you. There is so much to see. Overall, I enjoyed making my avatar and trying to make it be me and my personality.

So my first run was a bust...
